NSA Releases 31 Alleged Extraterrestrial Communications – Distraction or Reality?

In an infinite universe, what logical basis is there for the assumption that ETs are humanoid with an uncannily similar biological structure?
Recently there has been a wealth of information regarding extra-terrestrials formerly withheld by the United States Government now being released for public consumption. Not long ago the FBI released a single page regarding the infamous “Roswell Incident” while a secret memo sent by John F. Kennedy to the Director of the CIA was released under a FOIA request. This secret memo involved JFK requesting the US’s complete UFO files and was sent 10 days before his assassination. Is this disinformation to fuel conspiracy theories surrounding the motives behind JFK’s assassination? If so, it sure does the job well and averts any and all attention away from the banking cabal most likely behind his assassination.
Now the NSA has released a PDF which can be read on their official website here or if you’d rather not have your IP logged into the NSA’s visitor log along with a nice tracking cookie injection you can download or read it it from our site here: Key to ET Messages – NSA declassified documents PDF – 31 alien communications. This document is a key for the translation/interpretation of a series of 29 alien communications received by the United States Government and printed in the NSA Technical Journal Vol. XI No. 2 pp. 101 and in the Special Mathematics and Engineering Issue of the Journal, pp. 117. According to the first paragraph of the document which itself is from the NSA Technical Journal Vol. XIV No. 1, “This includes two new series — 30 and 31 — not included in the previous article.” Unfortunately I have not been able locate the original article, there is a chance that it has not been released yet or is just difficult to find. If any of my readers out there are able to find it I would really appreciate being alerted to the document’s location!
The second paragraph of the document continues, “At every step in the solution we make a guess at the meaning. Evidence will quickly accumulate to verify or refute this guess. The possibility of ambiguity of two consistent solutions is very remote. Only in the last steps, where verification is thin, could this happen.” Obviously interpreting and breaking alien code is no laughing matter (if it is even alien code at all) as any experienced cryptographer will tell you, it is hard enough cracking highly complex human codes. This document does not say exactly where the transmissions were received, in what format, at what time, and to whom the transmissions were directed. Without these crucial facts it is hard to analyze this intelligence at all, as all I can concretely ascertain from this document is that Dr. H. Campaigne (or another unmentioned device or entity) received 29 messages from outer space which he presented to the NSA in the article entitled “Extraterrestrial Intelligence.” By the time this key was printed he (or whomever received the transmissions) had already received two more transmissions not previously covered. Is Dr. Campaigne really popular with aliens or is this alien contact a regular occurrence? With the numerous incidents presented by Dr. Campaigne, one would assume the latter but I do not know anyone who has received an alien message nor have I ever experienced such a thing. Obviously this is not enough to invalidate the idea of extraterrestrial intelligence, that is like saying I don’t believe in the existence of Pluto because I have never seen it with my own unaided eyes.
The utter lack of reliable intelligence in the public domain on this subject makes it quite difficult to reliably assess any evidence presented as there is not anything to use as a benchmark. Therefore, we have to analyze the intelligence using logic and critical thinking and in doing so we can ascertain if there would be any considerable ulterior motive for a party to falsify evidence or if there are any other questionable factors. If there is absolutely no reason to put any doubt in the validity of the material itself, we can give it about as much credence as any anecdotal report, that is: not much.

Former NASA Astronaut and devout believer in New Age concepts and the existence of and contact with extraterrestrial beings, Edgar Mitchell
Let’s start analyzing this intelligence a bit. First off, the document details a convoluted coding system very similar to those used by Earthly intelligence organizations. Why would an alien intelligence make an interstellar communication difficult to decipher? Are the aliens just playing around to see if we’re smart enough to figure out their code? If so, why haven’t more people been exposed to the code in order to break it, if that was the aliens’ intentions? Logically I see no reason why an extraterrestrial entity would utilize a code system, especially one based purely on our alphabetical system. The alphabet has no innate existence outside of the human constructs surrounding it, unlike numbers which directly represent relationships mirrored throughout nature as is the case with the Fibonacci Sequence, fractals, etc. Does it not stand to reason that if the basis for nature’s order is more mathematical than lexical an alien race of superior intelligence would provide a simple math-based code to communicate?
In fact as we read on in the document, we see that the code is highly mathematical albeit with letters used as operators and symbols while numbers are utilized as operands. I take a large issue with this entire document, though. How was this key created? We are not made aware of how this key was discovered in any way leading me to see nothing more than a highly convoluted cryptology system designed to make these supposed alien messages say whatever this doctor wants them to. He makes some strange assertions like coming to the conclusion that the Q operator means “the following statement is false” by giving examples in which it fits as this definition using a unary operand like, “Q: 0=1; Q: 1=3″ etc. Sure you can create this definition but what basis for this is there? We don’t even know the code so what is this key supposed to mean to us? Nothing.
He goes on to define many more rules of the formal system used to crack these codes while we never actually get to see the original codes or any of the conclusions this key system would bring us to. The latter half of the document covers a different coding system utilizing operators followed by subscript operand numbers which are unfortunately hard to make out in the reproduction so one cannot analyze the data with any sense of reliability.
Dr. Campaigne writes, “The concepts used here are the basic ones of number, sets, and physical constants which any cultures must share. How bizarre the syntax and values of a culture could be I cannot conjecture, but any civilizations capable of sending a message across space mus have many things in common.” This is a common proclamation made by those who would have you believe we have been contacted by alien life based upon the following series of baseless assumptions:
- ETs would be interested in Earth
- ETs would have priorities geared toward technological advancement and extraterrestrial travel/communication
- ETs would be able to create any kind of communication device capable of interacting with human devices
- ETs would have the biological facility to see the extremely small band of light we call the visible spectrum and thus be able to detect our presence and thus be able to communicate with us
- ETs would be biological in the sense we know. There is no evidence to support the idea that it is more likely that there is carbon based life forms that resemble life as we know it than some kind of completely foreign life form which we might not be able to detect in any manner or might not be able to comprehend as a conscious being. There is no evidence to support either of these conjectures so one must give equal weight to them both as they are both equally logical. In an infinite universe there is no reason which ETs would be carbon-based or able to communicate with humans or even be able to exist on a frequency at which we could detect their presence and interact with them
- Then the biggest assumption of them all: that these are indeed extraterrestrials and not simply demons or spirits attempting to obfuscate or deceive human beings, or that the entire alien phenomena is not a large-scale PSYOP.
In the appendix the author covers a more recent transmission that he claims he received via radio. ETs using radio waves for communication doesn’t make any sense to me as it is incredibly slow and low energy. If a civilization was sufficiently advanced to not only be capable of interstellar travel of communication but of also understanding the English language well enough to create complex coding systems would they not have advanced beyond the crude technology of radio? If such entities existed why would they not simply deliver a device or a writing or appear in the flesh to make their purpose clear or to gain the information they were seeking? It really makes no sense that ETs would abduct some people, contact some people through radio, appear to some people as UFOs, etc. while others never experience anything in their entire lives. Is this a real phenomenon or an elaborate rouse to draw people toward the unification under the threat of an external other-worldly force so fondly mentioned by President Reagan? Are there actually beings from elsewhere in the universe picking and choosing who to contact or are we being sold this false paradigm in order to accept the New Age one world religion and the new messiah so oft talked about by New Agers, Maitreya?
Furthermore, is it pure coincidence that all of this evidence, so long kept classified and locked away in various vaults and archives, is being released by the Government when the world is in a state of world-wide political, social and economic upheaval? Should we ignore the fact that this perfectly coincides with the destabilization of the Arab world, multiple wars, collapsing economy and quickly slipping dollar value? I do not think such an assumption would be wise.
The most likely explanation for this recent period of inexplicable disclosure and the uncanny alignment with particularly important geopolitical events seems to be that it is a clever distraction and use of disinformation. If you can get thousands or tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of people to waste their time sitting around thinking about aliens, hoping to communicate with them or trying to break meaningless arbitrary codes, you can keep that many people from realizing there are much more pressing issues at hand. If someone is in their house spending 10 hours a day on the computer looking at doctored UFO photographs and reading various ramblings from New Age believers, contactees and mediums, that person is not going to be telling their friends and family to research the private Federal Reserve or to take a stand for their quickly eroding Constitutional rights by spreading the word and participating in peaceful political activism. Creating such a paradigm effectively neutralizes a great proportion of the population, and a proportion that seems to be growing with the popularity of programs like Coast to Coast AM and various UFO and New Age conferences.
There is also the real possibility that these releases and the various individuals behind the UFO phenomenon’s popularity are working towards a much more sinister agenda. The New Age belief system and the various ideas put forth by alleged abductees and contactees have an undeniable resemblance to Luciferian beliefs and the agenda behind various groups working toward uniting the world under a single world government and a single world religion. This sounds quite nice and noble to the naive but as I have continued to research the subject I have seen a clear sinister agenda that exists behind various socio-political and new religious movements which would be clearly beneficially served by the entire world being conned into believing that we are in contact with aliens, are under attack by aliens or are able to communicate with aliens in order to gain knowledge and technology. The blatant Luciferian beliefs permeating all New Age philosophies will require an entire series of articles unto itself and I plan to deal with this very soon in coming works as I think it is something that is easy to miss especially for those who haven’t taken the time to research the history of the New Age culture or the ideological congruities with Luciferianism and other so-called occult, mystical, magical, magickal, pagan, or mystery religions, schools, orders, or what have you.
These individuals are nowhere near as powerful as they would like you to believe as I covered in my article about Ordo Templi Orientis, but one must acknowledge the reality of the growing support for these ideas and ethical systems that focus on putting forth oneself as a god, creator, master of one’s reality, and free from any moral or ethical bounds other than one’s own will.
This is summed up perfectly in the law of Thelema, supposedly divined by the marginalized and highly
delusional Aleister Crowley, the self proclaimed “Great Beast” who in reality was nothing more than a weak-minded, drug-addicted, imbecilic failure of a human being trying to justify his own lack of willpower, control and a moral compass.
The phrase “Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law” is coveted by many within the New Age movement and those who would like to try to convince themselves they can manifest objects, command control over people and most of all it is an attempt to justify complete disregard for the other or the righteousness of one’s actions. In fact it encourages doing whatever one wants or feels like at the time as it reveres the individual above all else, creating a movement of narcissistic sadists, a movement which obviously has wreaked havoc upon the Earth no matter where it is seen be it ancient Egypt or the German Third Reich.

The “code” isn’t difficult to “crack”. It’s clearly designed to be comprehensible. Whoever wrote the message wanted it to be understood.
The message sets up a common language with the receiver. If you look at the message and try to understand it with due diligence, you will succeed.
It says the following:
(my translations are in parentheses)
Message 1:
ABCDEFGHJKLMNOPQRSTUV
ABCDEFGHJKLMNOPQRSTUV
ABCDEFGHJKLMNOPQRSTUV
…
(here is our alphabet. We have symbols, which we are broadcasting one by one in sequence. [It was the author who called them A, B, C and so on - the radio signal just had 22 distinct, recurring pattens])
Message 2:
AA B
AAA C
AAAA D
AAAAA E
AAAAAA F
AAAAAAA G
(B is two A’s; C is three A’s, D is four A’s etc. A is the unit, which we humans call 1.)
Message 3:
LAA LBB LCC LDD LEE LFF LGG
(The two things which follow an L are the same).
Message 4:
LBKAA
(B is the same as KAA, 2 is the same as K acting on two 1′s)
LCKBA
(C is the same as KBA, 3 is the same as K acting on 2 and 1)
LCKAB
(C is the same as KAB, 3 is the same as K acting on 1 and 2)
LDKCA
(D is the same as KCA, 4 is the same as K acting on 3 and 1)
LDKBB
(D is the same as KBB, 4 is the same as K acting on 2 and 2)
By this stage, intelligent beings will realise that KCA means “add C and A”, or “add 3 and 1″.
And so on. It introduces the meanings of the symbols pedagogically. It is trying to teach you their language in a calm and patient manner.
the 29 messages were written by the NSA as a hypothetical in this article:

Answer to all these “baseless assumptions” = GOD
Love this website and all the information it provides, but very disgusted by the way this article portrays UFO’s and extraterrestrial life as a joke. Really? People that run and visit this website should be very open minded to the fact that the government will go to any length to hide something from the masses, not just the US government. There have been thousands of ex military and government officials that have now come forward with their knowledge on alien life visiting this planet. Example: Disclosure Project, WATCH IT!
