These are the notes and sources for my June 12th broadcast. This is (hopefully) going to be a daily thing.

Is the Earth shifting? Shepard Ambellas of the Intel Hub thinks so and he is coordinating data collection in order to further this research. He thinks that the Earth is wobbling back and forth and has noticed strange activity in the sky. The video can be seen here:

Luckily, his window is perfectly aligned north and south so his window faces directly East giving him a perfect observation post for tracking any changes in the sun’s path.

What is very strange is that his compass readings and the Google Maps image are completely at odds with one another. He writes, “From the data provided in my video compared to the Google data and my house position the sun technically (according to data) rose about 5 degrees off of due north.”

It doesn’t take a climate scientist to tell you that the sun doesn’t rise out of the north. Unfortunately I didn’t see the sunrise this morning but I live on the west coast as well so I will be sure to pay attention tomorrow to see if it isn’t rising in its normal trajectory.

I hope he continues to cover this subject in the coming days and weeks so we can compare and contrast the data and trajectories for the sun’s path across the sky. Currently, all we know is that something very strange is going on and that is all I can be sure of.

He remarks on the sky being “entirely white,” something which I have not seen myself.

Italian Embassy complains over Bilderberg incident

Earlier in  the Bilderberg conference we reported on an Italian MP being assaulted by Bilderberg security upon trying to gain entrance to the secretive meeting. You can see this below as translated by one of our readers from a Spanish website.

This has been completely ignored by the mainstream media, as if a prominent member of parliament being bloodied upon trying to enter a meeting that supposedly has nothing to hide wasn’t newsworthy.

According to the Italian news agency “Ansa” the Italian foreign ministry has requested that the Swiss make it known who was responsible for these egregious acts.

Additionally, Borghezio, the MP assaulted by the Bilderberg security, has vowed to take legal action against those responsible.

According to SwissInfo, Borghezio showed his deputy’s card but was not admitted because he was not invited to the event. However, Ansa reported that the security personnel laid “violent hands” on him and another Italian citizen, leaving one of them with a bloody nose.

U.S. finally penalizes major banks for mortgage modification failures

The administration has long argued it has little power to do anything about it. But now, after millions of homeowners have been rejected, the government has decided it’s finally time to crack down.

On Thursday, the Treasury Department announced it would be withholding government subsidies to the country’s three largest mortgage servicers, which are also among the U.S.’s largest banks: Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and JPMorgan Chase. The banks won’t be getting more money until they show “substantial improvement.”

From almost the beginning of the program in 2009, Treasury has been sending mixed messages about its ability to penalize banks. In late 2009, Treasury warned in a press release that banks could face “monetary penalties and sanctions” for not abiding by the program’s guidelines. But a spokesperson later told us that Treasury didn’t have the power “to assess punitive fines or penalties.”

Asked today during a conference with journalists what took so long, Treasury official Tim Massad essentially framed the decision to withhold subsidies as not such a big deal. It was merely “a next step” in Treasury’s ongoing efforts to get banks to fairly evaluate homeowners’ applications for modifications, he said.

Fox’s Eric Bolling racist

Referring to a meeting in the Oval Office between President Barack Obama and Gabonese President Ali Bongo Ondimba, Fox Business’ Eric Bolling said, “It’s not first time he’s had a hoodlum in the hizzouse” while displaying a picture of the rapper Common.

“Our president’s sitting with one of Africa’s most wanted,” Bolling, the host of Follow the Money, said later in the segment. “It’s not the first time he’s had a hood in the big crib.”

Also during the segment, Human Events editor Jason Mattera added that “we shouldn’t be surprised that Barack Obama is going to get chummy with a reprehensible dictator” because he has a “pattern of yucking it up” with dictators and “likes to defecate on American allies.”

In May, Bolling was accused of racism for tweeting, “Obama chugging 40′s in IRE while tornadoes ravage MO.”

Ohio police who slammed businessman’s head into concrete face lawsuit

He alleges that police entered his residence without permission and brutally assaulted him in the course of arresting him and transporting him to jail. Between 4:25 and 5:00am on July, police arrived at the residence of Mr. Ohlemacher to investigate a noise complaint. Officers Aaron Crawford and Jeffrey Corwin ordered Ohlemacher to get out of the swimming pool on the property.

The suit says, “In response to defendant Crawford’s commands, (Ohlemacher) exited the pool and sat on a rock beside the pool. Once seated, defendants Crawford and/or Corwin jumped on and tackled (Ohlemacher), driving his face into the concrete. Defendants Crawford and/or Corwin struck (Ohlemacher) in his back, shoulders and body several times, dragged him through landscaping adjacent to the swimming pool and placed (Ohlemacher) in handcuffs.”

He was arrested and alleges that police repeatedly slammed his head into a wall, causing a concussion, in addition to cuts and bruises on his face and body. According to the suit, Put-in-Bay police have a pattern of excessive violence, and acted without a warrant or permission when they entered Ohlemacher’s residence. The department is currently under investigation for another violent incident in May of last year.

The Put-in-Bay police department has declined to comment on the incident.

Editor’s note: I hope to be doing these much more often in the future, if you have any feedback please comment here or on the video. Also note that I do not necessarily agree with the point of view presented on RawStory.com, in fact I usually disagree. Regardless I found these articles interesting. I obviously saw a different aspect of the Eric Bolling incident troubling, instead of the comments tinged with racism taking the forefront, I think the absolute ignorance of politics and history is more troubling.
