Man arrested for pointing his finger at cops

Unfortunately, you read that headline right. A man was arrested for pointing his finger at police in a roughly gun-like fashion. Even more unfortunate is the fact that I do not find this all that surprising, given that we live in a nation where people can be arrested for failing to complete siding on their house.

Although, I don’t even think children think that sticking out your index finger to mimic a gun’s shape looks even remotely like an actual gun.

If that were the case, children wouldn’t want to play with toy guns, they’d just run around with their hyper-realistic fingers.

Obviously that is not the case, but apparently these police officers were imbecilic enough to actually think a human hand looked like a gun.

In reality, I seriously doubt that they believed it looked like a gun, instead they are just using it as an excuse to harass the individual.

These days police seem to target anyone who doesn’t either cower in fear or otherwise worship them, which was obviously the case with this individual.

These police claim that they felt so threatened by the man that they were justified in arresting him and charging him with assault.

If you’re in law enforcement and you’re actually threatened by someone who is doing nothing more than point at you, I really don’t think you should be in such a field. You might be better off working with children, although even then, police seem to think it is legitimate to use force.

Gail Huff? That’s Sen. Scott Brown’s wife. She was at WCVB in Boston for years. I wonder who got fired to make room for her at the Virginia station?

And as far as those Fredericksburg cops are concerned, they are an embarrassment to police everywhere.

And might I add; an embarrassment to the human race for feeding the totalitarian agenda.

Some of these supposedly grown men in law enforcement are acting like little girls with their undies in a knot. It’s pathetic.

He should be arrested. If it had been anything else pointing at the cops, he would still have been arrested. It’s their first response.

Sounds like they will do anything to get people locked up except real police work to protect the public that pays them. Maybe they are not capable of real police work and just make stuff up to keep their jobs.

Now that is a good reason to get moral qualified people to replace them. Remind me not to pass through Fredericksburg when I visit family.

Ahh yes Alex, how much do you get paid for perusing the forums and trying to establish a new and phony state of “normal”?

This started in the schools. No one stopped them. It is now proceeding to the police. No one will stop them. And when Alex loses half of his neighbors to the prison camps because they at least spoke up, it will be Alex tending the gate. Forget concience, they will pay traitors very well.

What a bunch of scared school girl pussies. These little boy cops should be working mall security. At least then they won’t be wasting tax dollars.

I had a border patrol customs pilot moonlighting carring tourist in a biplane run my plane out of gas & crash in the ocean. Ruining a 11 year business. See NTSb 12LA126. When the FAA showed up to investigate the crash pilot wore his customs uniform & gun to a civilian invistigation. Before the invistigation ended joe Rivera the FAA inspector pointed his index finger at me & said” we better not see you again” that was quite a threat comming from a government official at the beginning of an investigation. Is it proper etiquette for a government representative to point & threaten a business owner? I quit my 11 year business over government heavy handedness .
