U.S. To Seek Death Penalty For Accused Boston Bomber Tsarnaev

The United States government says it will seek to execute Dzhokhar Tsarnaev if he is found guilty of carrying out the Boston Marathon bombings in April.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said on January 30 that he has authorized prosecutors to seek the death penalty for Tsarnaev for his alleged role in the April 15, 2013, bombings that killed three people and wounded 264 more.

It was one of the most prominent terrorist attacks in the United States since the September 11, 2001, attacks that killed nearly 3,000 people.

Prosecutors allege that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother, Tamerlan, both ethnic Chechens from Russia, planted two pressure cooker bombs that exploded near the Boston Marathon finish line.

Tamerlan died days after the bombings in a shootout with police.

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 20, has pleaded not guilty.

I am generally opposed to the death penalty. In the case of terrorism, however, with the death penalty. I have reluctantly come to the conclusion that we must answer the perpetrators of terrorism…with terrorism. It is the only response they will comprehend. The current ROE are woefully inadequate for this war. Gotta take the gloves, I am sorry to write.

I can understand why they want the death penalty – because they do not want this individual to “speak” the truth as to what really happened.

Everyone knows the Boston event was a “false flag” and the Tsarnaev brothers were patsys.

You have piqued my interest. What do you believe Tsarnaev would disclose?

I love my country, but fear my government.

Facitating. Thanks for the link. Ting is, I also found 14 other Boston Marathon conspiracies. Looks like I will have some research to do to separate the wheat from the chaff. It is always something.
